G'day World! Looking for regular INTERESTING & INTELLIGENT male

I love to write (with fountain pens) OR type write (on my trusty
rusty cranky OLD type-writer) OR use my PC. I have been
pen paling since 1969. Me = happily married, 59 years

live in a beautiful remote coastal village on the east coast of
Australia population = 80 on a good day.
Its a 85 km trip to the PO & town. No pets. But we do have a
tame/wild Wallaby who lives in the garden. Her name is
'Carrots'. We do not own her but she owns our hearts!

Growing up a ?baby boomer? laid out a path for my life that I have thoroughly enjoyed following. At 63 years young I face each day with a true zest for life.
Being a ?flower child? showed a shy and timid teenage girl how to embrace life. And learning to see and appreciate the differences we each share brought new and lasting friendships into my life.
Even though I never really ?burned my bra? (giggle), I did gain courage and confidence as I learned to stand up and defend myself and my beliefs.
Although I no longer pass flowers out, I did develop a passion for flowers and gardening. Working with my hands by crafting and upcycling is on my list of great ways to pass the time as well as thrift store shopping, reading, making ?to do lists? and organizing everything I can get my hands on.
