Hello! My name is Sonia, but many of my friends call me Sunny - thus my email! You can call me either. I am half-French, half-Canadian. I've lived in a number of places around the world. Currently, I live in the Netherlands, though I'm spending my quarantine at my parent's home in France for the quarantine. I found this platform by chance and decided to try my luck in finding new people to correspond with. I have a few snail mail pen pals, but our interactions have been slow these past few weeks (the post in France is struggling due to the pandemic) so I'd be happy to start off emailing with you (we can use snail mail later or not, I'll go with the flow). I'm not picky about who I want to talk to - people from all walks of life and who are at any point in their life, good or bad, I'm very open-minded as long as you stay polite and friendly - though I'd prefer proper grammar and spelling if possible (it doesn't have to be perfect, mine definitely isn't, but a little effort is appreciated. Words are my passion, so I guess that's my deciding criteria). I'd love to meet Anglophones - US, Canada, Australia, UK (as it's not my first language, I need to keep practising my English).
