I'm 27 years into a life sentence I was never supposed to go home from. Thankfully, Virginia passed a law not long ago that says if you came to prison when you were a kid and you've served more than 20 years you can go up for parole once a year. I recently went up for my second parole and am waiting for an answer (fingers crossed). I've lost most of my friends and family after being in here for so long and prison is lonely. So, I'm hoping to use this platform to reconnect with the outside world before I make it out. I'm mostly just looking for people to talk to- friends from anywhere and any walk of life, no matter who you are I promise if you write I'll respond straight away.
