Looking for postal penfriends here (for exchanging old- fashioned letters written on paper...!), no e-pals or online messages etc! I'm a German expat, born in Turkey and living in Finland, married with 2 adult children & 2 cats. Into lots! I prefer to write in English (you can ask me about other languages though) I also much prefer female penfriends and it's friendship "only"! Would like penpals in Asia and Oceania; Belgium , Norway, Iceland, UK, Ireland, Chile, South Africa, any Muslim countries (much prefer females) Moreover, I'd especially love to hear from anyone in Turkey or anyone Turkish/Turkic/"related"; Mongolia, Siberia,& M'sia! Other countries mostly too, but already have so many Caucasian US Americans living in the lower 48/mainland USA, I'd prefer to write to some others now. Pls email me telling me a bit about yourself and after 1-2 emails, I'll give you my address or you can give me yours! - If you are in Russia, Bhutan, Syria, Afghanistan, or Trinidad and Tobago (maybe a couple of other countries), I'm afraid I'm not able to send you any postal letters for the moment from Finland, so in this case we'd have to correspond via email to start with. (If you have a good reason for not being able to send snailmail, I can consider other exceptions to correspond via email!) Also, I'm on Slowly, you can ask for my ID, (NO other apps) I even love the stamps there so a collector, (but not really real-life stamps!) I really prefer Slowly to (normal) emails. Please note I'm not someone who emails every day and in general, due to some issues can sometimes take a bit to reply to any letters! I don't answer to very short messages saying nothing about the sender, people who seem to be scammers or who are looking for a relationship or similar!! Also note I have no money (this also means I can only send 20gr standard letters...)
